About

Alpha Dom or Alpha Dom1c, also known by his username @Alpha..Dom1c, is an influencer and dating coach best known for his "Alpha Dominance In Dating" course that looks to teach men "how to understand the female mind." Alpha Dom began posting videos to TikTok offering dating advice in mid-2023 and became the subject of criticism for his content in March 2024, with many finding his dating advice unrealistic, unhelpful and creepy. In particular, a video in which he claims you "do not need to accept rejection from a woman" became the subject of widespread criticism, including by YouTuber Cr1tikal.

Online History

Alpha Dom posted his first video to his TikTok^[1] account, @alpha..dom1c, on August 8th, 2023, garnering around 3,400 views in eight months. In the video, he offers a piece of dating advice and encourages viewers to visit his website, alphadom1c.com,^[2] where visitors can purchase his "Cracking the Alpha Dating Mind" video dating course for a one-time fee of $197.

Dom continued to regularly upload videos in which he gives small pieces of "alpha dating advice," usually while sitting in his car. One of his first more notably popular videos was posted to TikTok^[3] on September 13th, in which he rejects the idea that luck gets him girls, that women are not just attracted to looks and that over 1,000 women have done "adult activities" with him, garnering over 250,000 views (shown below, left).

On October 16th, 2023, Dom posted a video to TikTok^[4] responding to a commenter asking him "are the women in the room with us?" in which he has a woman in the room with him call him "master," garnering over 130,000 views in six months (shown below, right).

On March 13th, 2024, Dom uploaded a podcast to his YouTube^[5] channel in which he discusses his relationship dynamic and approach to relationships while sitting with Brat, one of his purported "six women." He begins the video by describing how he handles first dates as an "alpha," claiming that after a first date, he texts the woman to come to his place, pats her down, cuffs and blindfolds her, brings her to the living room and questions her while she's on her knees. He describes himself as a "BDSM dom" and then goes into how he met Brat.

"You Don't Always Have To Accept Rejection" Video

On March 15th, 2024, Dom posted a video to TikTok^[6] about how men "don't always have to accept rejection" from women, garnering over 800,000 views in a month (shown below). In the video, he recalls a situation in which a woman rejected him and he said, "Why would you not be interested in me? I'm the best," then invited her to his house and explained to her his BDSM lifestyle. The video was met with heavy criticism online, with many finding the premise of his claims problematic and cringeworthy.

Alpha Dom's content mainly serves to funnel viewers to his website, alphadom1c.com, where they can purchase his "Cracking the Alpha Dating Mind" video course for $197. On the site, the description of the course reads:

Criticism

Following the release of his "don't accept rejection" video in March 2024, Dom became the increasing subject of criticism on TikTok and YouTube. On March 18th, 2024, TikToker^[7] @therobbieharvey posted a video criticizing the video, garnering over 1.3 million views in a month (shown below, left).

On March 22nd, TikToker^[8] @misha_lector_ posted a video doubting that Brat is actually in a relationship with Dom, hypothesizing that she is an escort and that they filmed their podcast together in a hotel room, garnering over 120,000 views in a month (shown below, right).

On April 15th, 2024, YouTuber^[9] penguinz0, aka Cr1tikal, posted a video in which he criticizes Alpha Dom and numerous examples of his content, calling him the "creepiest dating coach ever," garnering over 2.6 million views in a week (shown below).

Personal Life

Little is known about Alpha Dom's personal life. On his website, his "About" page features an artistic rendering of Dom along with a description of his purported achievements in being a dating coach (shown below).
