You can get Plans: Adamantite WeightstonefromFedryen Swiftspearin Zangar Marsh if you are Honored with the Cenarion Expedition. You will by playing each of the Zangar Marsh Dungeons once each on heroic and once or twice on normal. This should take a little more than half an hour.

You can reach Skill 75 in 3 ways. It's up to you which one you choose. First you should check how much reputation you have with the Aldor or the Scryers. The choice of the faction in Shattrath is made after the quest City of Light.

If you haven't done the Shattrath start quest yet, find Haggard War Veteran and accept the quest A'dal. Once this is finished, you will get the quest City of Light from Archmage Khadgar. It takes 8-9 minutes. You follow Khadgar's servant through Shattrath. Don't get too far away from him.

When you are done, you can choose between Allegiance to the Aldor or Allegiance to the Scryers. If you have a quest addon, turn it off, otherwise it will automatically choose the first faction for you (Aldor).

Scryer-Recipes

If you have chosen the Scryers, you still have to farm a bit of reputation to buy the recipes. (Only Blood Elves can buy them directly). To gain reputation you can bring 10 xSunfury Signet(250 Reputation) or 1 xArcane Tome(350 Reputation) toMagistrix Fyalenn.

To go from Neutral to Respectful you will need 840Sunfury Signetor 60Arcane Tome.

To go from Neutral to Honored you need a total of 360Mark of Sargeras or 26Fel Armament.
