You can absolutely brush your teeth after your whitening service. We recommend that you always use a soft bristle brush and gentle toothpaste. Some patients find success in using products meant for sensitive teeth after their whitening. You can also use a fluoride toothpaste to help cut down on any sensitivity.

Also, if you have poor oral health or an underlying medical condition that affects the teeth, the teeth whitening procedure may make the teeth yellow. This is because the dentin has a yellowish hue under the enamel. So, when the enamel thins, your teeth become translucent and may look yellow.
