The lady who cut my hair was careless and unfortunately very distracted she was almost over the top ignoring my cut. She shaved my sideburns off without asking even though I have a beard!! She said “oh it will grow back!!” As if freaking matters I got a stupid discount but I will not be back even though my kids love it. I’m so freaking disappointed she didn’t even offer to match the opposite side.

Went here today for a simple cut, the lady did not say a word to me. Then dumped the neck paper full of hair down my shirt(which Im assuming was not on purpose) I normally give a tip, but the computor did not give me a choice for anything less then $5. Leaving with a $26 hair cut…I will never go back to this location or Company, keep with Great Clips!! Worst Haircut I have ever recieved, the Lady also smelt like she hadnt showered in days! Not sure if it was her or her clothes but I had to plug my nose every time her arm was in the air

She is excellent with her customer service as well as consistency with quality and knowledge. My son and I have on rare occasions have seen other stylists due Ginas days off and everyone is professional and skilled. The shop also stays clean and welcoming to arriving customers which is always a plus.
