I thought the vet was rough with my cat. I got LECTURED on how I should get my four feral cats fixed and what an idiot I was. They then quoted me almost $300 per female and about $200 for my male. I live on disability and give them wet and dry food twice a day plus chicken at night. I've bought 4 heated houses for the winter for them. Excuse me for not having a spare $1,000 to get them all fixed, but I'm doing the best I can. In 6 years only one got pregnant once, and she abandoned her kittens and I couldn't find them anywhere. Instead of lecturing me, maybe she could have given me a break on the price and found someone to help me catch them. I couldn't believe the nerve of this woman without even asking me WHY I haven't gotten them fixed. Does she think they let me touch them?! One girl was sick and I finally managed to trick her into a carrier to get her to a vet. I will be looking for a vet who is gentler with my cats, and a bit less rude to me. Read Less

Our dog was suddenly taken ill on a Friday night and after calling the hospital after hours, Lisa, who was already working late said she would see if she could fit our dog in the next day.
